This ghoulish mixture of creepy pitcher plants is simply spook-tacular! Treat a gardening friend or relative to a haunting display with this sinister selection of lurid-green, blood-red, and putrid-purple varieties patterned with crimson veining and crowned with frilly lids. These carnivorous curiosities form upright funnels which hide a sinister purpose. Sweet secretions on the lip of the pitcher lure unsuspecting insects which slide down the slippery funnel, tumbling to their deaths in a pool of digestive juices at the bottom. Makes an unusual specimen for a greenhouse, conservatory or a windowsill indoors and an ideal gift for the botanically curious. Height: 30cm (12″). Spread: 20cm (8″).
